Our packages are all personally hand packed with love attention and care. We take great care in the packing of your order to insure it reaches its destination in the same good condition we sent it out to you in.
Shipping:
We ship mostly by U.S.P.S.
( Priority Mail Flat Rate packages)
Priority Mail delivery is about 2-3 days once shipped out.
We also ship out by one of several services offered by Fed Ex.
Delivery times vary depending on which of the services we use.

We evaluate the best way to ship your order, when we process your order, taking in account all the factors involved, - the value of your order, where it is going, the time, ect.

Handling time varies with each order.

We have some items/supplies in house, and some need to be ordered from our vendors/suppliers. We may be able to drop ship directly from our vendors in certain circumstances for certain items. (with the exception of our handmade soy candles)
If everything in your order is in house and does not contain handmade candles your order will be shipped out the same day you order or the next business day.
If something in your order is not in house please allow 7-10 business days before we ship out.
Handling time on orders containing handmade soy candles varies depending on your order and the availability of supplies when your order is placed. If the supplies that are needed to place your order are all in house, please allow 1-3 days before shipment to allow for the candle making process. If additional supplies are needed to complete your candle order please allow 8-13 days before we ship your order out.
Once shipped most packages take 2-3 days if using U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Flat Rate.
Fed Ex Shipment times vary.
